Ticket template designer alignment

When working with the top of the ticket, some items dont print in the same location they show when you are using the designer.

There is this big white space that prints, but isnt shown in design mode.

How do we fix it?

Please email us your CURRENT log files. Also - does this happen on OTHER PCs as well or only your PC?
