Labels are partially supported in API already - It allows to query Tickets by a label.
We have sent you an email with more technical details that may help you to implement this. As for Reports - you can already filter Tickets Report by the labels using additional filtering options in the report: |

Thanks Dina, your e-mail is really useful. Might be worth getting the API manual updated to include the information about labels.
On a slight tangent, it would be even more useful if the Reports and Ticket list could be filtered to exclude by label. The use case scenario here is that tickets that can from the RMM system are flagged with a certain label. So if you wanted to show tickets that didn't come from RMM, you would filter to only show tickets that don't have the RMM label. |
