RangerMSP User Question*
What would be the appropriate Privileges Group to use for an employee that I need to have the ability to create new accounts, tickets and charges and when ready to bill create a QB invoice. But I want to limit the employee from being able to delete anything, I don’t want them to be able to delete any account, ticket or charge once created. -- * Question received by email and shared here for the benefit of our users. |

Answer
You would need to create your own Privileges Group and customize it to your needs. You can Save As... one of the existing groups and configure it to include the privilege items that you need and then assign this new Privileges Group to the relevant user.
