Can CommitCRM let users login to a Test database rather than the Production database?
We want to train before we go live, and we either need a Training database, or we need a new empty database when we switch from our old program to CommitCRM.

Maybe a .ini file could be modified to point to Test until Zero day?

Thanks.

You can have a trial system install and launch it when needed from the very same networked PC where the real RangerMSP is launched from. Users will then need to decide to which system they log in to.

Would the trial be "active"?
I would like a sandbox where I can train new users, or test new settings, etc.

If there is a trial, all users will have to "select" each time at login?
We cannot default to Production, but select Trial if needed.
Thank you.

We refer to a trial system downloaded and installed on your server, side by side with your real one. Users will have two separate icons - one to the trial system and the other to the real system.

For what it worth, usually users get on top of their tasks with RangerMSP pretty fast and I doubt that you'll need it for the longer term, though it is always an option.

Hope this helps!
