Word document based on Ticket info

So I know I can create a document based on ACCOUNT information via the CommitCRM -> Word plugin.

Is there a way I can do the same thing based on TICKET information?

The built-in merge works with Accounts, what you can do with Word is to use the ODBC connector and merge data from the database itself - the tickets table, the assets table, etc.
