Inside a ticket: When using the Email button, the TO: is filled med the public email address - This OK When using the Email Ticket as PDF button, the TO: is filled with the contact e-mail address, so the mail will not be archived under history. How can I solve this situation ? |

It works like this on purpose to support some business scenarios but we see your point. We'll evaluate the options, thanks. In the meantime - target it to your public email address so it'll be filed under the ticket as well as distributed to the customer (e.g. all External Recipients of this Ticket).
