Most probably there are no public documents for this customer accounts, as only Documents flagged as Public are visible for customers using the Web Portal. In order to mark the Document as public you should go to the Docs tab under the Account and click 'Show' to open Document Properties or right click the document and select 'Make Document Public' from the pop up menu. When creating new documents this flag is also available and is a part of the New Document window. Hope this helps. |
