Is there a way to add another expiration date? If you use the existing expiration date for the warranty, what do you use for other things like support plan, subscription, etc?

Usually we recommend to manage support plan and subscriptions as Contracts.
In case you want to manage this information under Assets, you can use Tasks or add a custom tab with new fields of the 'Date' type.
