Hello,

My consulting company works pretty much around the clock. We are running into issues where the timer is started say at 11:30 PM on 11/18/15 and then stopped by the tech for recording on 12:45 AM on 11/19/15. Is there a way for CommitCRM to recognize this properly and correctly track the time? Although tedious, as a current work around, we have the techs adjust the hours to that they fall on the same day - it would be great if CommitCRM can calculate this correctly on its own.

Thanks!

Thanks for suggesting this. Indeed the Timer could have handled it though the reason it does not is because a Charge record, that you convert the Timer time to, is date based and also has a start/end times that should reflect the same day. In any case, your feedback is clear and will be considered. Thanks!

I also agree on Anthony's suggestion.
