Follow up emails AUTO

Anyone know how to setup follow up emails, say 2 weeks after a ticket has closed?

select * from tickets where closedate <= 14
DO: send followup email.

One day I will make it as an addon.

From time to time, I make an addon for CommitCRM. Mostly because I have a customer that requires something special made.

Your idea about sending follow up emails is a great idea. I will look into it when times comes.

This is something that should be included in the software.
