Hi, we are receving alerts about new tickets etc. How can we change the subject line because at the momement it says [tkt-mgr] CommitCRM History

We get so many we just delete them, how can i change the subject line to something else other that COMMITCRM

Thank you for asking. Under Tools > Options > Alerts tab each user can define their preferred alerting level.

When being a Ticket Manager, and once you configured RangerMSP to receive alerts as being the Ticket Manager (the tab mentioned above), you receive a notification about anything that happens to YOUR Tickets - updates, new charges added, new history notes. Etc.

The structure of such notifications is fixed and cannot be modified. The structured format helps in knowing what the alert is about.

What you should consider doing is create email rules in your email client app (or at the mailbox level) that analyzes the structured email subject line and automatically archived notifications you do not want to receive.
