QB Wizard Fails - Login as Administrator (when I already am)

Can anyone help please?

Trying to install the trial version and link to QB (UK Pro v2012) on Windows 7 Pro 32-Bit Virtual PC running on Windows 2008 R2 Server with Hyper-V.

Message I am getting is:

"Please close all applications, log off from Windows and log in again as Administrator"

Well - as I am logged to the PC as Domain Administrator, you would think I couldn't be more powerful!

Thoughts most welcome.

I manually ran the QBFC7_0Installer.exe file and this seems to have resolved the issue!
