CommitCRM Monthly Pricing plans

Hi all, I'm circling back to evaluating CommitCRM from about a year ago and see that monthly pricing plans are now available. I was wondering when these came about and if there are any other costs I should worry about besides the SQL costs. Otherwise, this looks like a great deal now for my company.
