Since the last CommitCRM update, we're not getting emails whenever we close a ticket in our own queue, even though in the Alerts tab in options, I have it set to not notify when a ticket is closed. Any suggestions?

There isn't any known issue about this.

Please run \RangerMSP\Server\ServerConfig.exe utility.

Visit the 'Alerts Server' tab.
Verify that the Alerts module is ON.

Visit the 'Outgoing Mail Server' tab.
Verify the settings and run both tests.

Confirm and close this utility.

Restart RangerMSPServer service.

Each user should verify their Alerts settings under Tools > Options > Alerts tab in RangerMSP client.

Test to see if the issue is now resolved.

Note: Remember - You will not get any alert for actions you perform.
To test it you should perform the relevant updates (once that should trigger alerts for you) using another user credentials.
