When an email comes in from a customer and RangerMSP sends out an automated reply the email the customer receives comes from "Support" How can I change this so it says it is coming from "Help Desk"?

You can set the display name for the sender address for the responses from the email connector's ini file.
You should add the following token to the file \RangerMSP\Server\CmtEmailConnector.INI ResponseFromName=Help Desk Make sure to restart the RangerMSPServer service after the change. |
