    "Not entered Resolution Description" prompts

    Is there any way to disable this prompt as we dont use the feature and would be great timesaver to have the option to turn it off.

    When closing a Ticket several checks run, whether a resolution was entered, Charges were logged and Appointments/Tasks are scheduled. You can disable the last checks (Charges/Appointments/Tasks) from the Tools > Options > Tickets (Admin) tab. Unfortunately the resolution check cannot be disabled at this stage. I've already logged a request for this.
