Is there any way to delete or make a contact inactive for an account so that they don't show up in the list and we don't continue to make a ticket with a contact who doesn't exist?

All secondary contacts of an Account are displayed for selection. What I know many users do is rename the secondary contact to "zzz Contact Name" so it'll show at the end of the list while keeping the name. This way you'll need to "work hard" to select such a contact, while all the history related to this contact remains. We may implement a way to deactivate Contacts in the future.

I have a suggestion... Why not have the ability to make things like contacts or accounts "inactive" so they do not appear in the default search lists?

(Update from RangerMSP Team: Starting with version 6.0 Secondary Contacts can be marked as Not-Active and hidden from the Contacts selection lists.)
