    customized ticket status

    hi!

    how do i transfer status from open to closed ticket group?

    for example:

    [open]
    new
    pending
    scheduled
    rescheduled
    BER
    QC

    [closed]
    canceled
    completed

    i wish to transfer BER to closed ticket group..

    As you've already noticed, there are 8 "Open" related statuses, and 2 "Closed" related ones. You cannot move statuses between the groups. You can, however, rename that Status names (for this right click the Status label field and select "Customize Status Values", or select the same option from the Tools > Options > Tickets (Admin) tab.
