Re: Using secured mail servers with CommitCRM Email Connector and CommitCRM Alerts Server.

Hope you can help; I have followed the instructions, and in the Email connector Incoming Email Settings dialog, can send a test email; but when I Test Server Settings, I get an immediate message:
    > Connecting to Pop3 server...
RqType = 0 WinSock error 10004 Interrupted system call

    ???

      Hi,

      Thanks for posting this.
Can you verify that you have allowed Stunnel to receive communication on TCP ports 1109 and 259 (the ports used in the Accept lines of the Stunnel.Conf file you've prepared) through any software firewalls installed on the server, and then restart the Stunnel service?

Once you've done that, please try to verify that Stunnel is making the connection to Gmail; Stunnel has its own logs, can you please copy me that log to a text file and email it to us at Support @ , so that we can see what Stunnel is doing?

      Thanks,
      Reno Breen
