Thank*you for asking.*It is an interesting idea. You may consider using one of the textual fields 1/2/3/4 to create a list or type the percent of completion. You can* even rename the field label by right-clicking and selecting the 'Field Settings' and having it better reflect it's new purpose.

Thank you for the reply. However, our Task entry window does not show the "Fields" you refer to. Our entry only shows from top to bottom:
Employee Description area: Date Time First and Second Reminder Edit symbol to far right Bottom: OK Cancel Done and More Actions Please advise. Thanks |

It is possible that these fields are hidden.
Please visit the Tools menu > Options > Calendar tab and select to show these fields: After changing the settings, users should restart their client application in order for the change to affect them immediately. Also while editing an existing Task or adding a Task from the Ticket/Account in order to show these fields, please click the pencil-button to enter edit mode: As a result - you should see the following: Hope this helps. |
