Hello,

You will go to Settings->Email Templates. Click "Import" in the menu bar. Choose the ZIP file, and you should see the new email template show up in your email templates list.

Thanks for sharing. I wish we could be more action in this area. It would be interesting to see how others format their tickets.

What are you using on the backend for the link on the email? Survey Monkey or something custom?
