Hi, when I log into the portal and use the digital signature feature the download of the pdf never occurs - it just hangs. It worked first thing this morning but I have not ben able to download anything since. Is there a known problem with the download? I hav etried on a Tablet and a PC.

Nope, this is not a known issue and it should work with your PC or Tablet.
Do you use a customize Ticket form/template or a system? Does it happen to any Ticket or only to a specific one? Also - did you try to restart IIS - or - RangerMSP Web Interface service (the one you use) and see whether this helps? If not, please do. In case the issue persists please zip the content of your RangerMSP\Logs folder and email the zipped file back to us for analysis (email it to support@). Hope this helps. |
