I am trying to create a label for when a customer drops off thier computer at my office. I have the right information I want, but when I print it the Ticket number displays as
0500-0000001191 instead of 0500-1191. And I would also like to add it to the drop down when I create a ticket. Thanks Ken Geary |

It seems like you need to re-select the Ticket Number field, it is possible that the selected field is of the long format unlike the compact one.
If you cannot find it please email support@ with s screenshot of the report in the designer after selecting the ticket number field, so we will be able to see the selected report. Besides, to include your customized report in the print dropdown of the Tickets window select it in the list and using the Reports menu select to include it there. |
