Thank you for posting this.
It is hard to say what exactly the problem is as this message is too generic. In 99% of the cases it is related to a broken Outlook installation, of some sort, and repairing or reinstalling helps. Please remember that RangerMSP client isn't installed on each machine and it is executed from the server, so - if it works on other PCs it should also work on yours... In any case, please send us your log files for analysis, hopefully more details were logged there. Hope this helps. |
