RangerMSP User Question*

We have a number of customers with managers who wish to be copied on all emails sent from RangerMSP to their staff: e.g Call open email or Call closed email)

What is the best way to do it within RangerMSP?

Answer

You can achieve that by adding the manager as a Secondary Contact for the Account using Contacts tab and selecting the checkbox next to the Email field. As a result Contact's email address will be added as an Email Recipient to all new Tickets for this Account from now and on, the Contact will get email alerts about newly created Tickets as well as on closed ones (depending on your settings) and will also be included in the entire email correspondence for such tickets:
