I like the feature of email to ticket and when said email is sent it attaches to said ticket if you sent to [ticket******].

If you attached a report to an email then to a ticket via email then it saves the report on the email in history yet does not add it to docs on the associated ticket.

I would like to send an email to my processing address (help@...) with subject "[Ticket***]" which then attaches said report to docs for the referenced ticket.

Any idea on how to accomplish?

Thank you for posting this.

Currently the email is filed together with all attachments. Now, if you want direct access to the attachments, unlike by opening, from RangerMSP, the containing email message first then you should add the file attached to the email manually to the ticket by opening the email and dragging the attachment to the Ticket details in RangerMSP - it will be added as Document and will be shown under Ticket History and Documents tabs.

As for filing the attachment automatically from the email - we have this request on our list and will add your vote.
