How to hide everything and only display tickets for customer Web users?

Answer

You can create a new privilege group for Customer Web Users from File > Users & Privileges > Customer Privileges – For Web Users and remove all permissions except for Tickets.

Note: RESTART the RangerMSP Web Interface service on your server after performing such changes in order for the changes to affect immediately (unlike with a small delay).

Done!

Do you have video tutorials for customers - step by step how to create a ticket in web interface?

We have one, however, it shows the Web interface in its previous design and therefore it is currently less useful to end customers. We will take a note on this. Thanks!
