When tickets I have open with my vendors are closed, i often get a little survey in the closing ticket email that says Good, i'm happy or bad, i'm unhappy.

Is there a way to add something like that to commit?

Just add a link to your survey page in the ticket completed email. Would that work?

We tried that. I couldn't find a way to link the survey to the closet ticket without forcing the customer to enter the ticket number.

When customizing the Email Template and typing in the URL that will point to your survey app - embed the Ticket # as a URL parameter.

Note, however, that the survey tools that you use must support receiving URL parameters. Most do.
