RangerMSP User Question*

I have the trial downloaded for about two weeks now. I have a job timer button on the Web interface but not in the Windows client (as it shows in the help files). Is there some place I need to turn this on?

Answer

Sure, the timer is accessible from the menu e.g. Tickets main menu > Tools > New Timer.

You can also click Ctrl-T to launch one.

Or, in case you want to have a toolbar icon so you can click it, you can switch to Advanced Mode from View menu and then re-open the Tickets Window.
