Is there anyway of creating multiple invoices in QuickBooks from RangerMSP at once rather than doing each invoice individually?

Yes you can use the Batch Invoice wizard for this. You will find it at File > New > QuickBooks Batch Invoice Wizard and full instructions for using it are available on the wiki here.
