Bug: ServerConfig e-mail template

Hi Commit,

I was trying to alter the time for pop3 checking in ServerConfig. But when clicking OK (for clicking the app) it says please select template for sending to customer and after that cannot focus on a invisible windows (Uppps).

When I manually found the downdrop, it was empty, after selecting I could close the application. Sidenote: I had disabled several e-mail templates in CommitCRM (maybe this is the real problem)

This issue is basically due to having the ServerConfig open which accesses the config files and at the same time deleting/disabling email templates which ServerConfig was expecting to still be there - a conflict caused by trying to make changes from two parts of the system at the same time.
