    "general" won't disappear

    Hi,
    Under Ticket-> Type selection field we are able to customize the list. The list does not contain the work “General” but it appears in the new ticket entry screen. I do not have “General” as a selectable.

    Please advise how to make “general” go away......

    The "General" value used to exist in the list, and it was renamed at some point. I believe it is currently set as the default value to be used for this field and this is why it appears in the "new ticket" window.

    To define a new default value for the "Type" field, you should right-click the field > Field Settings > Field Behavior tab > Default Value > Select a new value from the list.
