Alert server copies

When i get emails from CommitCRM support, I always get a copy as well. I was told this was to ensure delivery (which is a great idea).

Is there a way to set this up in the CommitCRM server?

Can I set up an additional email address to send alerts from?

Currently there isn't such an option :-(

How unfortunate

Good to know the reason for this - except I find it slightly annoying to get duplicate emails all the time. How often does email not get delivered? But hey, if it's taken me this long to complain - it doesn't matter! lol
