The company I work for recently upgraded to the latest version ofCommitCRM. I no longer can look up a customer's phone number on their ticket. Is there a way to look up a customer's phone number on their ticket without going to their account page?
Definitely yes! This feature was actually enhanced.
Anywhere in RangerMSP where you see the lightning bolts icons you'll get a quick preview of the linked record. See the image below for more:
On this, it would be a HUGE benefit if we could right click the phone numbers in these new quick preview windows and dial (like we can from the contact/account).
