Charge entries via PC interface work properly. I verified all CCRM services were started and also restarted the PC hosting CCRM. I can access the web interface and open a new charge entry, however there is no response when I try to save it after verifying all the required fields are complete.

First - please try to restart RangerMSP Web Interface service on your server and see if that helps.
In case it does not - please find some related questions - Does it happen in any Browser? Do you see any error messages when saving the Charge? Can you update an existing Charge record while logging into the portal? Please also email us a screenshot of the Charge details that cannot be saved. Thanks! |
