Can a pre-existing Ticket be used as a starting point for a new Ticket with a new Ticket number? Perhaps select Ticket record, Copy & Paste, or, better, a "Replicate" menu?

I don't see any way to do that, but it would be handy for repetitious Tickets, where maybe I would just change the attached Asset, and leave everything else the same.

If this is going to turn into a feature request... this feature would be good to have in the Web interface also.

A Ticket Copy option already exists for the Windows client :) Select the Ticket that you want to copy and click the 'Copy' option on the toolbar. All of the Ticket information will be copied from the original ticket (however, sub-records like charges won't). When copying a Ticket you get to select the account it will be created under and there any of their assets.

Hope this helps and thanks for asking.
