Hi,
If I add the "Tickets - Due Date" (Shown as DUE_DATE_CALC) to a custom report, then the report will not show - nothing happens.
Is it the right field? If yes, how do I get the report to work with the field.

This should work just fine - what you should do is right click this field in the designer and un-select the 'Blank when Zero' option. Save and give it another try.
