overall, I like the new version. I especially like the overview tab. In previous versions, I would create a ticket, enter my resolution and then close the ticket on the same tab. Now I have to create, click on Resolution, and then click back on the General tab to close. Can you explain rationale for that? If possible, I'd like to be able to close the ticket on the resolution tab again.

Thanks for your feedback.
In regards to closing Tickets I'm not sure I'm following you here... After all other data has been updated for the Ticket and you are ready to close it - Click the 'V Complete' icon on the Tickets Window toolbar.

OMG!!!! THAT"S AWESOME!!!! I didn't know I could do that. That IS so much easier. I suspect there's a lot about this app that I don't know.
