Thank you for posting this. I assume that you were expecting that the Account status in RangerMSP will be updated to inactive, once the linked customer in QuickBooks is set as inactive, however the customer/Account status field is, by design, not synced between the systems, you can keep using this, now-old, customer in RangerMSP even if it inactive in the accounting system.
You can, however, deactivate such Accounts in RangerMSP too by updating the Account's status field. Hope this helps! |
