3CX Phone System Integration?

Anyone had any luck integrating 3CX into CommitCRM for incoming or outgoing calls, logging, etc? 3CX integrates into lots of other platforms, would be pretty cool if we could use it with CommitCRM.

I am having the same challenge with our CISCO IP Phones. Has anyone integrated CISCO phones into CommitCRM?

We have it working for outbound click-to-call from CommitCRM, but no level of integration for the CRM side when inbound calls happen. See more here: https://www.3cx.com/crm-integration/

Hi, we have 3CX popping a screen based on callerid. in this screen you are able to select a contact or open tickets. The account or ticket is then opened. Unfortunately there is no way of getting this working with the client - it only works with the web interface.

Here is some software I found for CISCO 79xx series phones that offers an API interface. Wonder if it is possible to build a bridge to CommitCRM using this API?

we got it working only with the web version.
our guys use the client and never really took the web client so we scrapped all development.

we would be interested if anyone had it working with the destop client.
