    Recurring template not working

    Hi
    I'm trying to automatically generate a ticket, but it seems that recurring templates doesn't work.

    I'm on Commit CRM v. 22 so it's rather old

    Any tips for troubleshooting?

    Thank you for asking. The "force" that create recurring tickets is the server side Windows service of CRM Server, so you should make sure it is up and running.
    Besides, you you mentioned and you're using a very old version, lots have changed since. You're welcome to contact us at support@ to discuss upgrading options.

      The service is running, and working afaik. We do get e-mails with alerts and such.
