Can you still not delete loads of tickets at once?

Things have changed. You can batch-delete up to 30 tickets at a time.
Filter the list to display the Tickets you wish to delete and then use the following menu option Tickets > Tools > Batch Delete Tickets . It is recommended to take a backup prior to batch deleting tickets.
