    Quickbooks Invoice description issue

    Since upgrading to 7.0 we are unable to add the Ticket number to the description when creating a QuickBooks invoice.

    QuickBooks Invoice -> "incl. in Description" -> Ticket

    All other options work but not Ticket. This appears to be happening on all items and is not isolated to a specific ticket or contract.

    It appears that the Ticket# shows up on the actual QB invoice. It simply does not display when creating the invoice within CommitCRM.

      Thank you for reporting this. Ticket number indeed is not shown in the wizard while creating QuickBooks Invoice, but it is added in the final invoice line.
      We will definitely change that so it will be listed during the wizard itself.

        We are happy to inform you that a new version of RangerMSP 7.0 (7.007) is ready and available for downloading from here (download the upgrade program and run it, it will take you from you current 7.0xx version and to the latest).

        This version includes the fix related to the issue you reported about.
