The easiest way is probably using the 'Show Unbilled Tickets' link in the Tickets window and then filter the list to show only completed Tickets: You can also generate one of the Charges reports, e.g. 'Charges Reports by Ticket', apply the filter to include billable not-billed Charges and also use the Advanced Filter to filter the report by Ticket details: Hope this helps. |
