Firstly you'll need the paid version of Zoiper
http://www.zoiper.com/en

Once you have this installed and connected to your Asterisk based PBX you will need to create the following online service

Settings > Online Services
New
for Accounts
Name: Zoiper
Base URL: zoiper:
URL parameters: <CMTLBLDATA_FLDCRDPHONE1>

This will allow you to right click on the Phone 1 and it automatically dial on your softphone
