Thank you for asking. Although there is no two-way direct integration between RangerMSP and OpenDNS Umbrella, it should be possible to use Automated Emails feature of the Email Connector to automatically convert email alerts from OpenDNS Umbrella into RangerMSP tickets.
Hope this helps. |

Thanks. Right now, we have a second exchange mailbox for alerts that we review and forward to create tickets if needed. We have our reports go to that, then archive or move them out of the inbox if no action is needed.
The integration that Umbrella offers with others is that it will create tickets proactively when threats are detected. Otherwise, we just get the daily emails to review and that's it. I think I see how we can have the Umbrella emails get automated: From: no_reply@cisco.com Subject: [Cisco Umbrella] 2017-02-01 stats for %accountname% We just set the account name in Umbrella to match what we have in CommitCRM. The downside is that we will generate a new ticket each day for every client in Umbrella, most of what do not require action to be taken. |
