    Add or remove web interface columns

    Years ago this was partially addressed, but we are wondering is there a way to add columns to the Ticket list view in the web interface?

    Use case: Manager would like to sort by tickets most recently updated (Last Updated) when viewed in the web interface.

    Thank you for posting this.

    The pages structure in the Web Interface is fixed and although in some cases we may be able to add fields, in specific adding the 'Last Updated' column currently is not possible.
