How to increment Ticket number?

How to increment Ticket number? I need to start my Ticket numbering from 30000.


Answer
To increment the next Ticket number just go to Tools > Options > Tickets (Admin) and then click the Increment Ticket Number button. In the popup window enter 30000 in the box for the next Ticket number.

Can we get rid of the "0500-"? I think I know the answer, just making sure.

The 0500- is fixed and cannot be removed from the Ticket number, however, in some cases in the report designer you may hide it with placing a white image label above it. But, this is of course just a work around for specific cases that may allow it. Thanks for asking.
