How can my technicians access and update Tickets on their iPad while out of the office or at a client location?

You can use the mobile version of the Web Interface for Employees on iPad and other mobile devices. Techs can easily update Tickets remotely and much more using the Web Interface. Note though that this is an optional add-on module.
