Online service feature request

Hi Guys, do you think it would be possible to include a section in online services to set a shortcut key combination to allow quick execution of these tasks? Reason I ask is I have written some script integrations that grab some data from our finance package so it can be pasted into ticket fields, it would be great to execute straight from the keyboard without having to use the mouse.
